Christophe Miossec is a Auteur-compositeur-interprète French born with Brest in the Finistere the December 24th 1964.
Biography
Christophe Miossec exerted various trades in the field of the communication and publicity before devoting itself entirely to the music, in the middle of the Nineties. He was not completely a newcomer on the Brest-native scene rock'n'roll which he had already cotoyée, in the Eighties with a local group: " Spring noir". It will be its meeting in 1994 with the guitarist Guillaume Jouan then with the guitarist Bruno Leroux (member of the Tenants, another local group) who will be determining.
Miossec works in Brussels near its recording company PIAS which published the whole of its albums since 1995. After having lived a few years in the Belgian capital, it was reinstalled in 2007 in Finistere.
To drink before the Pressure
After having ground small about fifteen compositions in the bars and the Brest-native rooms, the trio enters in studio and publishes in 1995 Boire , a first very promising album. The disc strikes by its believed and disillusioned texts, its stripped and effective music.
