Christophe Chantepy
Christophe Chantepy , born the August 8th 1959 with Saint-Chamond (the Loire), is a senior official and politician French.
Course
Of modest origin, this former student of the central School and Institute of political studies of Paris, then of the National school of administration (Diderot promotion), enters to the Council of State in 1993.After having been adviser technical of Michel Charasse, deputy secretary with the Budget, of Edith Cresson, then of Pierre Bérégovoy with the Matignon Hotel during the second septennate of François Mitterrand, it becomes in 1997 principal private secretary of Ségolène Royal, minister delegated to Secondary education. When this one is named with the ministry for the Family in 2000, he becomes principal private secretary of Michel Sapin to the ministry for the Public office.
He is promoted Conseiller State on July 31st, 2001, body which he finds in May 2002 after the re-election of Jacques Chirac. Placed in the position of availability for personal suitabilities by Presidential decree of the Republic on January 11th, 2007, in order to become one of the principal organizers of the presidential campaign of Ségolène Royal, it reinstates the Council as of the shortly after the socialist defeat.
