Christiane Scrivener
Christiane Scrivener (born Fries) is a political Femme French liberal born on September 1st 1925 with Mulhouse (Haut-Rhin).

- Member of the Republican party.
- Member of the European commission (Commission Delors), of 1989 with 1995, in charge with the taxation, the customs and the consumer policy. It is for this reason that it prepared a reform project of VAT, known under the name of Plan Delors-Scrivener.
