Christian Democrat
The Christian Democrat east is a political Idéologie and a current poitic which is expressed in Europe starting from the end of the 19th century. The Christian Democrat seeks to promote, within an democratic society and pluralist, a policy in conformity with the message which express the Gospel, the social doctrines of the Churches and work of Christian thinkers.
History
It is into 1791 that one finds for the first time the expression “Christian Democrat” under the feather of Lamourette, bishop constititionnel of Lyon, but it is necessary to await the middle of the 19th century so that Frederic Ozanam and the writers of the new Era make the fortune of the expression in the direction where one will hear it as from the XXeme century.
