Chris Landreth

Chris Landreth is a Canadian realizer of cartoon films. He came to animation after a first career as engineer.

After its diploma in mechanics theoretical and applied to the university of the Illinois in 1986, he works during 3 years in the experimental research of the mechanics of the fluid.

In 1994, it joined the company Alias/Wavefront as tester of software of animation. That leads it to carry out its first short film The End (1995) and Bingo (1998). In 2004, it carries out Ryan a documentary short-measuring/on the life of Ryan Larkin a Canadian organizer and receives the Oscar short-measuring of animation in 2005.
