Career

Beginnings

Benoit idolâtrait the Dynamite Kid when it was small, and took as a starting point him. Benoit led 3 to 1 before Booker returns, gaining 7th and last match with '' Monday Nitro ''. During the match, Bret Hart was invited, interfered in favor of Benoit to make it come to the New World Order. Benoit refused to gain this manner and said to the referee what occurred, being done disqualified. Chris Benoit appeared with RAW the November 14th 2005 for the special show in homage to Eddie Guerrero including/understanding the superstars RAW and SmackDown! . Benoit preserved his United States Championship at the Survivor Series 2006 and Armageddon 2006, beating twice Chavo Guerrero. Death

The June 25th 2007, Benoit, his wife Nancy, and their older child of 7 years Daniel were found died in their house of Fayetteville in Georgia, in the neighborhoods of 14:30. Lieutenant Tommy Pope of the Local police affirmed with ABC News that the police force entered the house of Benoit for " to check if all went bien" after several go magnifying glasses, by the concerned one. Pope as specified as the police force did not seek any suspect apart from the house, as the instruments of the death were located on the scene of the crime.

The detective Bo Turner of the Local police said on the television channel WAGA-TV that this case was treated like a murder-suicide. The chain reported that the investigators believe that Benoit has killed his wife and his son during the weekend and itself was hung at one time Monday.

The WWE cancelled the three hour old special edition of RAW the June 25th, which was replaced by a homage on the life and the career of Benoit, including/understanding its matches passed, of the segments of the DVD Hard Knocks: The Chris Benoit Story , as well as comments of all-in wrestlers and advertisers. Following the double murder-suicide of Benoit, his introduction will undergo a vote in 2008 for preserved or not. Benoit will be withdrawn from the Hall off Famed if 60% of voting of the WON Hall off Famed voted to withdraw this introduction to him.

The August 30th 2007, one learned that Benoit illegally took steroids without coformity with the Ethical Code of health of the WWE, in February 2006. Benoit received Nandrolone and anastrozole.
