Chock Machine
Tin Machine is a group of founded Rock Anglo-American in 1988. It separated in 1992.
The most known member of the group is obviously David Bowie, then in search of redemption after being descended by the critic all along the years 1980. He founds Tin Machine in particular with the guitarist Reeves Gabrels, who will continue to accompany the artist by the years after the end of the group.
With the brothers Dirty Tony and Hunt, respectively bass player and beater (who usually officiate in the shade of other musicians, and in particular of Iggy Pop), Tin Machine will produce until 1992 a rock'n'roll wanting to be like a return to the sources, with the tendencies hardware.
All in all, the success of the group will be moderate, as well near the criticism as of the fans of Bowie. In France, one can nevertheless note for the anecdote that the monthly magazine rock'n'roll Rock & Folk made the live one of Chock Machine its album of the month, at the time of his exit.
