Chlorarachniophyta
The group of the Chlorarachniophytes consists of only two Espèce S described recently. The cells are naked and amiboïdes. They are joined together between them by filopodes inside a plasmode .
Particular characteristics
- the Flagelle zoospore is rolled up in spiral around the cell during the stroke.
- the Chloroplaste is bilobate , containing Chlorophylle has and B , surrounded by four membrane S, which indicates that there was Endosymbiose of a photosynthetic Eucaryote . The molecular analyzes indicate that it is about a green alga among the Chlorophytes, but its true nature remains sujète with controversy. This phenomenon is found in others tax like the Straménopile S… The Thylakoïde S are grouped by two or three.
- the nucléomorphe is located in a depression at the surface of the Pyrénoïde.
Ecology
The Chlorarachniophytes live associated with trapped green algas ( Bryopsidales ). They penetrate in the dead filaments of these algae to develop to with it.They can nourish unicellular organizations, captured by their filopodes , then phagocytes, although the Photosynthèse is carried out.
The Chlorarachniophytes are capable to produce zoospores (form of dispersion) and cysts (forms of resistance).
