Chisaki Hama is a Japanese actress born the November 10th 1988 with Kyōto, with the Japan. She measures 1,62 meter and its blood group is A.

Its first role is that of Friend Mizuno/Sailor Mercury, in the live series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon , of 2003 to 2005. It was the third younger actress of the series, after Naoki Takeshi (Shingo Tsukino) and Rina Koike (Sailor Luna).
