Chipolata

A chipolata (" chipo" into short) is a fine Saucisse to roast. In general, the chipolatas are containing pig. The seasoning can contain Thym, Sauge or nutmeg.
It is the sausage to use (with the Merguez) to organize a Barbecue.
The chipolatas are produced in various areas of Europe. They could be of British origin.
Its name comes from Italian " cipolla" , which means Oignon.
