Chinese civil war
The Chinese civil war (Mandarin: zh 國共内戰/zh 国共内战 ; Hanyu pinyin : guógòng neìzhàn ; “civil war between nationalists and Communists”) is an armed conflict opposing the Guomindang, left nationalist, and the Chinese Communist party (PCC) between 1927 and 1949.
It begins after the Expédition from North, when the faction of right-hand side of Guomindang is turned over against the Communiste S hitherto a41dernier $c-b1, e,10 $c-b26 ce $c-b16 $c-b43, bn,84 combined nationalist party. It stops during the Second world war with the Japanese invasion; the two parties form the second united front then.
Only the GMD fights indeed against the occupant what results in to weaken it. The PCC, certainly, supports in frontage the GMD vis-a-vis Japan, but in writing pad collaborates with the occupant. Mao knows pertinently that a civil war is inevitable, from where the attempt to make carry to the only GMD the weight of the war.
The Fin of the Chinese civil war begins dice the Japanese capitulation and ends in 1950 when the PCC controls the whole of the continental China and that Guomindang takes refuge on Taiwan and some other islands.
The first theater of operations is the Mandchourie, where the PCC, protected by the Soviet Union which occupies the province, is established the first but is quickly put in difficulty by the Nationalists. The United States, which sympathizes at the time with Mao (what is explained partly by a book hagyographic on Mao published by the journalist Edgard Snow, who started a wave of sympathy towards the Chinese leader communist), require of Tchang the conclusion of a truce. Mao benefits from it to reconstitute a base between the USSR, the Mongolia and the North Korea, which support in logistics the communist troops. When the Nationalists try to take again Mandchourie, they are pushed back. This constitutes the turning of the war. The initiative is allocated consequently to the Communists who benefit from the kindness of the generals nationalist (4 of them, Shao Li-Zu, Zhang Zhi-Zhong, Hu Tsung-Nan and Wei Li-Huan are probably infiltrated Communists, to gain a succession of victories, in particular in Yenan, which increases the prestige of Mao. The death-blow is carried on April 20th, 1949 when a communist army of a million soldiers takes Nankin. October 1st, Mao, of the Tiananmen place, proclaims officially the Popular republic of China. The nationalist government is folded up on Taiwan where it redesigns a State.
The consequence of the conflict is the creation of both China, the Popular republic of China on the continent and the République from China in Taiwan. In 2006, the PCC still does not recognize Taiwan, considered as a rebellious province, and Taiwan did not affirm its independence formally. The disagreement remains a stake major Géopolitique.
