China at the present , in the past China in construction is a founded monthly magazine in 1949 by Soong Ching-ling (wife of Sun Yat-SEN, 1893 - 1981) in co-operation with Israel Epstein. It is published in various languages, of which French, but also Chinese, English, Spanish, Arabic, German, and the Potala in order to make discover the positive elements of the culture and the Chinese daily life. One finds there reports sets of themes of topicality, articles of company but also of the headings concerning the discovery of the tourist sites of the country, of the various ethnos groups…
