Chimney of the fairies

One names chimney of the fairies , capped young lady or pyramid a surmounted column of a stone. This stone, having during the time diverted the rains and thus the consecutive erosion towards the ground which surrounded the stone, ended on the long run in the formation of the column.

The chimneys of the fairies are only observed where rain erosion is important and weak wind erosion - without what the column would be itself quickly victim of the second.
