Chilopoda

The chilopodes ( Chilopoda ) are one of Arthropode S Myriapodes. Each many segment carries a pair of legs except the first of which the pair of appendices is transformed into pair of hooks with venom called forcipules and the two last. The chilopodes are predatory other arthropods or of worms. They all are terrestrial but need an moist environment because cuticule does not have a layer to them of wax allowing them résiter the dryness, they are also lucifugous (they flee the light).
