Chikao Ōtsuka

Chikao Ōtsuka (大塚周夫, Ōtsuka Chikao , often romanized Ohtsuka Chikao ), born the July 5th 1929 is a Seiyuu Japan board. It transmitted its passion of doubling to his son Akio Ōtsuka, become seiyuu to its turn.
