The Chicago Machine is a professional team of stick, based with Bridgeview in the state of the Illinois. Since the season 2006, the team evolves/moves in the Major League Lacrosse and it is currently in the Western Conference ( Western Conference ).
History
The establishment of a frankness from Major League Lacrosse with Chicago was announced the August 21st 2005. With the creation of new teams of extension representing Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Denver, Chicago Machine became part of the Western Conference MLL in 2006. The team played her home matches in 2006 with the Sports Complex At Benedictine University (3 000 places) in Lisle, Illinois.The Machine finished the season 2006 the August 12th. He became the first team of MLL to be made a whole season without victory. The team was created for the extension and the improvement of the Lacrosse in Midwest with camps of drive to raise the level of the play.
In December 2006, the team announced that her playing field for the season 2007 would be the Toyota Park with Bridgeview, Illinois.
After having lost their match of opening, Chicago Machine gained its first match of the history the June 2nd against Denver, the team had lost 13 matches consectifs since its creation, it is the record of the league (including the 12 matches in 2006).
