The Châtaigneraie Cantal ienne (in Occitan Castanhau ) gathers four cantons of which those of Laroquebrou and Saint-Mamet-the-Salvetat, but also of Montsalvy, with altitude varying between 250 and 800 meters, and of Maurs, with the very soft considered climate. Certain typical villages deserve the turning. It is the case of Boisset with its Château X and its Gastronomie.
