Cherchen
Cherchen , in Mandarin Qiemo (且末; Pinyin: Qiěmò; Ouïghour: چەرچەن/Çerçen), is a city of the autonomous region Xinjiang in China. It is an city-oasis located between Minfeng and Miran on the branch of the Silk route which circumvented the Désert of Taklamakan by the south.
