Cherbourg-Flash

Cherbourg-Flash is a Norman Quotidien established in the department of the Manche, whose seat was with Cherbourg. It was founded in 1905 by Jean-Baptiste Biard (1865-1938), following the Réveil cherbourgeois , created the November 5th 1889.

Interdict of publication to the Release for collaboration, it reappears the July 3rd 1944, with a new direction, under the title the Press cherbourgeoise , then the October 5th 1953, it becomes the Press of the English Channel , directed by Marc Giustinani, then by his wife, born Jeannette Biard.
