Chenoa

María Laura Corradini Falomir alias Chenoa , is a Spanish singer of Argentinian origin born on June 25th, 1975 1 with Mar del Plata, in Argentine. It recorded five albums which combine pop, Dance and ballades.

Career

It began its musical career at the time of the first edition of Operación Triunfo, which propelled it in the song. At its exit of the emission, it records its first album éponyme Chenoa in 2002. In 2003, it records Mis Canciones Favoritas , a live CD-DVD composed of its songs preferred among those which it interpreted when it sang with the casino of Palma de Majorque. In March 2003, it is selected to represent “Operación Triunfo” with the Eurobest with Cannes. Eurobest is a contest opposing the winners of emission Star Academy of several European countries. Interpreting “It' S Raining Men”, Chenoa gains the competition in front of the French candidate Nolwenn Leroy. End 2003, it leaves its second album studio “Soy Mujer” (I am a woman) who gain one big hit in Spain and in some countries of Latin America.

End 2005, it leaves its album “Nada Es Igual” (Nothing is similar). It is produced by Dado Parisini, the producer inter alia Laura Pausini, Nek or Tears for Fears. It signs 5 songs there: “Rutinas”, “Donde Estes”, “Nada Es Igual”, “Camina” and “Me enamoro LED dolor”. In 2006 it carries out a round in concerts in more than 60 towns of Spain, and also a round in several countries of Latin America for the promotion of its next album.

Since 2002, it sold on the whole more than one million albums and carried out more than 200 concerts.
