Chen Kaige

Chen Kaige is a Cinéaste Chinese born in 1952, known in particular for its gold Palm in 1993 for Adieu my concubine . He is regarded as one of the leaders of the “fifth generation”.

Biography

Chen Kaige （陈凯歌 Chén Kǎigē) is born with Beijing the August 12th 1952. He is the son of the Réalisateur Chen Huaikai and of a literary writer. He grows with the future realizer Tian Zhuangzhuang like friend of childhood.
