Cheeseburger is the name given to a Hamburger in which a cheese section accompanies the meat.

History

The first cheeseburger was made between 1924 and 1926 by a young cook named Lionel Sternberger, with Pasadena, in California. The registered trademark “cheeseburger” was delivered in 1935 with Louis Ballast, working in Humpty Dumpty Drive-In of Denver, with the Colorado.

Juicy Lucy is a variety of cheeseburger created and popularized with Mineapolis, in the Minnesota, where the cheese is placed in the raw meat then heated until the cheese founds.

Competition

Some Fast-food S organize contests whose objective is to absorb the most possible food in a minimum of time. It is the case with giant steaks at Big Texan Steakhouse, and the tendency is popularized with cheeseburgers. Ye Olde 96er of Denny' S Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield in Pennsylvania, beats all the records, since nobody, since 1998, succeeded in eating it in three hours, time limits of the contest. Best time returns to Eric " Badlands" Booker, which spent 7 hours and half to come to end from the giant cheeseburger.
