The Fromage of Country is a French cheese, of Auvergne. It is a cheese of cow with paste firm, spotted, with the fresh taste and of character, without being never strong.
Its production is local, like its zone of diffusion: Cantal, plate of the Vault-Laurent, country of Massiac, Brioude.
