Cheese-making Oil cake

The cheese-making oil cake is an old receipt of regional Pâtisserie, containing goat's milk cheese, originating in Mothe-Saint-Héray (Two-Sevres) in Poitou. Not to confuse with the Tourtons which them are a mountain speciality.
