Chavroux
The chavroux is a French Fromage created in 1985 and manufactured in Poitou-Charentes in the village of Reparsac has 10 kilometers of Cognac. This mark is property of the group Bongrain.
It is a fresh cheese with the goat's milk. It is presented in the form of pyramid and weighs approximately 150g. It is tasted all the year and can accompany by salads.
