Jean-Jacques Gabet, was an important character of the Middle Ages. This judge Viennese, born in Châtonnay, resided in a large masonry of the parish of Estrablin which one called since Gabetière. Protesting engaged, Gabet was implied in the wars of religion of the 16th century. Indeed, after having taken an active share with the Conspiracy of Amboise, Gabet made celebrate, in its house of Vienna, the first protesting sermon of the area Viennese (January 1562). It will be finally cut down by the catholics when those withdrew Vienna to the Protestants.
