Charolais (dialect)

See also: Charolais

The Charolais ( tsarolas ) also called brionnas-tsarolas (brionnais-charolais) is a Dialecte of transition between the Francoprovençal and the oïlitan (language of oil) spoken in Burgundy, in the area of Charolais.

It was also called " francoprovençal atténué". But this name is misleading because she insinuates that this dialect belongs to the francoprovençal field.
