Charly Talbot

Charly Talbot , born in Vielsalm on June 14th 1937 deceased with Vielsalm on December 8th 2003 is a militant Walloon, trade unionist and Belgian politician. Delegated FGTB (SETCA), he becomes member of the Walloon Rassemblement which seems to him to answer the wishes of its trade union concerning the autonomy of Wallonia.
