Michel Phlipponneau (1921, Clamart)

Incorporated Geography, arts doctor. Active member of CELIB of 1952 with 1967. Its most known work Debout Brittany (1970) recalls twenty years of its combat in favor of the Brittany. Professor emeritus of the University of High-Brittany, he was member of the Economic and Social Council of Brittany. It is decorated with the Ordre of Hermine in 1992.
