Charlie ( Firestarter ) is an American film carried out by Mark L. To ballast, left in 1984.

Synopsis

A man and a woman being met during a mysterious scientific experiment where they were used as guinea-pigs there were acquired psychic capacities. Their Charlie daughter also proves to have a terrible capacity, that to put fire by her simple will. A secret government agency then will track them to make them undergo experiments.
