Marie Charles Maurice the Cock of Kerland known as Charles the Cock of Kerland (born in 1887 with Bordeaux - deceased in 1978 was a lawyer, an academic and a politician French.
Charles the Cock of Kerland was member of the first constitutional council established by the Constitution of 1958 establishing the Ve République, of the March 5th 1959 with the March 5th 1965 (named by the president of the Sénat, Gaston Monnerville).
