Charles of Calabria

Charles of Anjou , born in 1298, died in 1328, duke of Calabria, wire of Robert wise the, king de Naples and of Yolande d' Aragon.

Biography

His/her father named it viceroy of Naples in 1318 when it left to help Genoa. In 1325, it tried to conquer Sicily, but without success. Florence called it and the seigniory gave him so that it defends it, but it was shown more skilful to take taxes than to attack the enemies.

He died young person, and before his father.

He Maria in 1316 with Catherine de Habsbourg (1295 † 1323), girl of Albert Ier de Habsbourg, Germanic emperor, and of Elisabeth of the Tyrol, and had:
