Charles Marie Isidore Benoit of Bourbon (in Castilian: Su Alteza gift Carlos María Isidro Benito de Borbón there of Borbón ) had been born the March 29th 1788, Infant of Spain, claiming with the throne of Spain, had died the March 10th 1855.
Biography
1788-1833
Wire junior by Charles IV of Spain and the princess Marie Louise of Bourbon-Parma (1751-1819). It was constrained to abdicate between the hands of Napoleon i with his father and his brother in 1808 at the time of the Entrevue of Bayonne. Like they, it was held with Valençay during the Occupation of the Spain. It returned to Madrid in 1814 and became soon the support of the retrograde party.His/her brother Ferdinand VII not having had of child of his three marriages, infant it Charles seemed intended to reign. But the king having married in 4th weddings his niece Marie-Christine of Deux-Siciles († 1878), it had two girls in of them 1830 and 1832. By a decree returned in 1830, Ferdinand VII abolishes the Pragmatic Sanction of 1713 by which Philippe V had excluded the women from the Spanish throne, thus inviting future the Isabelle II to succeed three years later to him (1833).
1833-1855
Infant Charles rejected and denounced the modification about succession with the throne of Spain, being still considered the direct legitimate heir: he protested against the decree which abolished the Salic law (he claimed that abrogation was not to apply in its case because he had been born before this one) and was Exil E. Thus refusing to lend oath to his niece, he proclaimed king of Espagnes to dead of Ferdinand VII under the name of Charles V (1833). Supported by part of the Spanish people, that one called the carlists , i.e. the partisans of Charles ( Carlos in Castillan), it returned to Spain and caused the First war carlist (1833-1839).Its partisans carlists having been beaten in 1839, it took refuge in France, was assigned with residence with Bourges. He abdicated in favor of his oldest son the May 18th 1845 and took the title of “count de Molina” (from there he was called “king father” by the carlists). He died in Trieste the March 10th 1855.
Family
He married in first weddings in 1816 his niece the infante Francoise of Portugal (1800 - 1834), girl of the king Jean VI of Portugal. In second weddings, it was combined in 1838 with another of his nieces, the infante Therese of Portugal (1793 - 1874), princess of Beira.It had, of the first bed:

Its two first wire followed one another in the claim carlist between 1845 and 1868.
