Charles de Chambrun (1827-1880)

The Viscount Charles Pineton de Chambrun (January 4th 1827 with Paris - November 24th 1880 with the Castle of Houdemont) was a politician French.

Officer of cavalry in Africa, it is then elected appointed of Lozere, succeeding his brother Aldebert de Chambrun. He was also mayor of Houdemont.

May 24th, 1864, he marries Henriette Gouy (1844-1931), girl of Jules Gouy and sister of Camille-Albert Gouy de Bellocq-Feuquières

Henriette Gouy is resulting from a Lorraine family which counts many lawyers, magistrates and lawyers.

After their marriage, the Viscount and the viscountess Pineton de Chambrun lived between Nancy and Houdemont.
