Charles bulldozers
Charles bulldozers is a Belgian politician born with Brussels in 1837 and deceased in 1914.
It was alderman, then burgomaster (1881-1899) of the Ville of Brussels where one remembers him under the nickname of the burgomaster esthète . It also took part in the national policy in the capacity as deputy to the room of the representatives of 1882 with 1884 and 1886 with 1894.

It will contribute in 1886 to the opening of the École of decorative Arts , annexed to the royal Académie of the Art schools of Brussels, which under its influence will open its doors with the young girls as of 1889.
