Charles bulldozers

Charles bulldozers is a Belgian politician born with Brussels in 1837 and deceased in 1914.

It was alderman, then burgomaster (1881-1899) of the Ville of Brussels where one remembers him under the nickname of the burgomaster esthète . It also took part in the national policy in the capacity as deputy to the room of the representatives of 1882 with 1884 and 1886 with 1894.
