Charles Raymond de Saint-Vallier

Charles Raymond the Cross of Chevrières' of Saint-Vallier' , born with Coucy-lès-Eppes the September 12th 1833 and dead the February 4th 1886, is a French diplomat and politician.

Grand Cross of the Legion of honor, diplomat, former ambassador, former special police chief of France close to the German armies, vice-president of the general advice of the Department of Aisne, he is senator of Aisne of 1876 with 1886.
