Charles Philippe d\' Albert de Luynes

Charles Philippe d' Albert, duke of Luynes , born the July 30th 1695 and dead the November 2nd 1758, is a memorialist French.

Par of France and Mestre of cavalry, Charles-Philippe d' Albert de Luynes having married in 1732, Marie Brulart, widow of the marquis de Charost who became lady-in-waiting of the queen Marie Leszczyńska, it belonged to this intimate company that this queen called her “decent people” and undertook to write a newspaper of the historical events and facts of court, works without literary merit nor concern, but invaluable document for the study of the aristocratic company of time.
