Charles Larmore
Charles Larmore (born the March 23rd 1950) is a Philosophe moral American contemporary. Defender of a realistic position in morals, it was particularly known following his criticism of John Rawls, which will recognize the relevance of its attacks. Being expressed in exemplary French, Larmore published some of its works directly in this language, thus contributing to make known its positions in France.
Graduate in 1972 of Havard, then of Yale in 1978, Larmore also studied with the national university of 1972 to 1973 and, of 1976 to 1977, in Universitaet Muenster in Germany. He is currently professor at the university of Chicago, and with taught during 20 years at the university of Columbia.
