Charles II of Austria-Styrie
Charles II of Austria (Vienna, June 3rd 1540 - Graz July 10th 1590), was Archiduc of Low-Austria and regent of this part of Austria of the house of Habsbourg starting from 1564.
He was the second wire of Ferdinand I {{er}}, Germanic emperor and of Anne Jagellon (1503-1547), itself girl of Vladislas II, king de Bohême and of Hungary and his wife Anne de Foix.
He married, the August 26th 1571, his niece Marie Anne of Bavaria (1551 † 1608), girl of Albert V, duke of Bavaria and Anne of Austria. They had fifteen children together:

- Léopold V (1586 - 1632), duke of the Tyrol, bishop of Strasbourg and Passau which married, in 1626, Claudia de Médicis (1604 - 1648)
- Charles (1590 - 1624) bishop of Breslau and Brixen, large-Master of the teutonic Order
- Anne of Austria (1573 - 1598) which married, in 1592, the king de Pologne Sigismond III Vasa (1566 - 1632)
- Marie Christine (1574 - 1621) which married, in 1595, Sigmund Báthori, prince de Transylvanie (1572 - 1613) and divorced in 1599
- Catherine Renee (1576 - 1599)
- Elisabeth (1577 - 1586)
- Gregoria Maximilienne, (1581 - 1597)
- Éléonore (1582 - 1620), nun
- Marguerite (1584 - 1611) which married, in 1599, the king d' Espagne Philippe III (1578 - 1621)
- Constance (1588 - 1631) which married, in 1605, the king de Pologne Sigismond III Vasa (1566 - 1632) widowed of its sister Anne
- Marie Madeleine (1589 - 1631) which married, in 1608, the large-duke of Tuscany Cosme II of Médicis (1590 - 1621)
