Charles Henry Tilson Marshall is a British Ornithologue , born in 1841 and died in 1927.

It is in station in India at the sides of his brother, George Marshall (1843-1934), soldier and zoologist amateur. It takes part in The Game Birds off India, Burmah and Ceylon at the sides of Allan Octavian Hume (1829-1912) in three volumes whose publication is spread out between 1878 and 1880.
