Charles Goodnight
Charles Goodnight (March 5th 1836 - December 12th 1929) was a cattle breeder and an owner of Ranch of the Western American. He was born in the state from the Illinois. It arrives at the Texas in 1846 and begins like Cow-boy in 1856. It fights the Indians Comanche S, then it joined the Texas Rangers. At the beginning of the American Civil War, it joined confederated. Once the finished conflict, it leads cattle of Texas towards north and it develops the Chuckwagon . The July 26th 1870, it marries Mary Ann (Molly) Dyer, a teacher of Weatherford in Texas.
