  • Governor of Guadeloupe of January 15th 1757 at April 22nd 1759.

  • 1759 : April 22nd, during has Guerre Seven Year old, Nadeau of Treil capitulates to the Britanniques which occupy the island.
  • 1760 : In France, a council of war is convened by the king to consider the officers responsible for the loss of the Guadeloupe.
  • 1761 : January 15th, Nadeau of Treil is considered to be guilty of cowardice and incapacity and is condemned to be degraded. It is renewed in France to be imprisoned there.

Deliver handwritten (May 1759): Capitulation between Its Excellence Mr Barington, general major of the British troops in its isles, and inhabitants of the isle Guadeloupe represented by Mrs Dubourg de Noillières and Of Querny provided with their full powerss and authority, by Mr. Nadeau of Treil, knight of the royal and military Order of Saint-Louis, and governor of this isle.
