Charles Duclerc (November 9th 1812 with Bagnères-with-Bigorre - July 21st 1888 with Paris) is a Politician French.

Appointed Moors and Minister for Finance after the Revolution of 1848, he resigns in June not to be associated with repression. He leaves shortly after France for the Spain.

Elected official representing of the the Low-Pyrenees in 1871, he becomes irremovable senator in 1876.

He becomes Foreign Minister and president of the Council of the August 7th 1882 with the January 28th 1883.
