Charles Deulin

Charlemagne Deulin , known as Charles Deulin (1827-1877) was a French journalist and writer.

Born with Condé-sur-Escaut, it was wire of a culottier and made his Valencian studies with .

Installed to Paris, it binds with Francisque Sarcey of which it marries one of the sisters. He collaborates then in several periodicals, of which Le Figaro , the Country , the Newspaper for all , Le Monde illustrated , the Nation , the public Spirit , the Review of France .

He then put himself to write tales and songs, of which most known are:

  • Tales of a beer drinker , 1868
  • Tales of the king Cambrinus , 1874
  • Stories of small town, 1875.

It also published:

  • Chardonnette (Loves of small town) , Romance
  • Richepanse , Romance
  • Tales of my Mother Oye before Perrault , in 1878.
