Charles Delesalle

Charles Delesalle (- 1923) is resulting from a family of large spinners with the Madeleine. President of the linen committee, he is mayor of Lille of 1904 with 1919. His/her son Charles Emile Octave (1886-), member of the defense group of Fives-St-Maurice in 1906, will be appointed Northern (1919-28) then Pas-de-Calais.
