Charles-Philippe David

Biography

Charles-Philippe David is titular of a doctorate (Ph.D) of the Université Princeton, holder of a control of the Université Carleton. Twice stock exchange Fulbright (in 2002 and 1990), member elect of the Price Jean Finot 2003 of the Academy of Science morals and policies at the Institute of France, for the work Theories of safety with Jean-Jacques Rock, he is member of the Academy of the Letters and the Social sciences of the Royal Société of Canada since 1991.

Professor of political science at the University from Quebec in Montreal, Charles-Philippe David is titular Chaire Raoul-Dandurand in strategic studies and diplomatic.
