Chaozu
Chaozu is a character of the Manga Dragon Ball .
Inspired of the zombis Chinese, it is a being of small size to the face made up in white with red knobs and wearing a Chinese traditional hat, which once except reveals a single hair on the top of its cranium. Although it has the air of a child when it appears for the first time, its age is unknown because its physical appearance remains the same one throughout the manga. Its face gives him a timid and sad air permanently.
History
Chaozu is the pupil of Tsuru Sennin with Ten Shin Han. It compensates for its small size and its weakness by a great promptness and special capacities which make of him an unforeseeable combatant, in particular at the time of the Tenka Ichi Budôkai.
Thus, at the time of the 22e and 23e Tenka Ichi Budôkai, it uses its psychic faculties to choose the result of the drawing lot of the engagements.
When Piccolo Daimaô calls upon Shenron so that this one gives again its youth to him, Chaozu tries of to prevent it while intervening but it is killed by the demon. Thereafter, it is ressuscity using the Dragon Balls.
At the time of the arrival on Ground of the Saiyan S Nappa and Vegetated, Chaozu decides to be sacrificed to kill Nappa, by clinging in the back of this exploding last then in , but finally, that did not have any effect and Chaozu was thus sacrificed unnecessarily. However, Ten Shin Han dies some time afterwards to join it in the other world. They are ressuscities after the destruction of the Planet Namek, thanks to Polunga, the Dragon crowned of Nameks.

Chaozu appears only in the trilogy of the Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi .
