Chantarelle out of tube
The chantarelle tubes of it (Cantharellus tubaeformis) is a Champignon Basidiomycète of the family of the Cantharellaceae.
Description
Small Champignon (1-12 cm) pushing groups some (often in lines, sometimes in circles) in timber broad leaved or mixed. The chantarelle out of tube is Saprophyte and pushes at the end of the autumn on foam and the litter, often near very rotted wood. It is often associated with the Châtaignier.
The hat (1-7 cm) is convex on the young subjects, but it quickly becomes depressed, then in funnel. It is often bored in its center of a hole communicating with the interior of the foot. Its color varies the brown one with the deer with nuances grisâtres. The margin of the hat is rolled up at the young subjects, sinuous on oldest. The foot, of yellow color sharp is relatively long and thin, flexuous and especially hollow. The lower part of the hat does not comprise a plates, but of the folds of gray color silver plated, fourchus close to the edges, more or less décurrents along the foot.
Uses
The chantarelle out of tube is edible required, and can be used fresh or dry.
