Changhua
The town of Changhua (Chinese: 彰化縣; py: Zhānghuà Xiàn; Tongyong Pinyin: Jhanghuà Siàn; Lagging-Gilles: Hsien Chang-hooted; POJ: Chiong-hòa-kōan) is a city of the Western plain of Taiwan.
