Changchun (长春; Pinyin: Chángchūn) is the capital of the province Jilin in China. It has the administrative statute of under-provincial city. Its population is of more than seven million inhabitants.
It was the site of a walk of the opposition to spring 1989. It is with 43° 54 ' and 125° 12 '. One speaks the dialect there about Changchun of the group of the North-East of the Mandarin. It was capital Mandchoukouo of 1931 with 1945.

Twinnings
The mayor of Changchun, Mr. Cui Jie, inaugurated in Montreuil, on August 27th, 2007, a statue of the sculptor Wang Keqing. This statue out of bronze and tin, a 3,06 m height, is entitled the calligrapher Fu Mi .

- the county of Nong' year - 农安县 Nóng' ān Xiàn .
